Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw-yellow color with a lively, persistent mousse and a fine, delicate bead. The nose is elegant and precise, with notes of white flowers, crisp orchard fruit, citrus, and a subtle hint of brioche that reflects its traditional sparkling-wine style. On the palate, it is fresh, clean, and well balanced, with a creamy texture, bright acidity, and a dry, linear finish. Its finesse makes it very approachable, while the structure and freshness give it good aging potential for several years, during which it can gain additional depth and complexity.

Production
Produced in Trentino Alto Adige, this Trentodoc is rooted in the cool Alpine terroir of northern Italy, where the altitude and large day-to-night temperature shifts help preserve acidity and aromatic precision. The Chardonnay grapes are carefully harvested to maintain freshness, then vinified according to the Metodo Classico tradition, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build complexity and refinement.

Food & Serving
Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, sushi, light risottos, and delicate white meats. Serve well chilled at around 6-8°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open and enjoy while the wine is at its freshest and most vibrant.
