Fruit is selectively hand-harvested and gently pressed, then fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in traditional oak casks or stainless steel. The low must weight keeps the wine in a classic Kabinett register, and minimal intervention in the cellar helps preserve the pure Ruwer character.
