Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink in appearance, this rosé is bright and inviting. The nose reveals delicate aromas of red berries, peach, citrus and floral notes, with a clean, refreshing character. On the palate, it is dry and lively, combining flavours of strawberry, raspberry and stone fruit with a crisp mineral finish and balanced acidity. The wine is best enjoyed young, when its freshness and aromatic precision are at their most expressive. It can be enjoyed over the following year or two if stored in a cool, dark place, though it is not intended as a long-term ageing rosé.

Produced in Provence from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, the blend reflects the region’s classic approach to dry rosé: bright fruit, gentle texture and refreshing acidity. The Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine and cooling coastal influences help the grapes achieve ripe flavours while retaining freshness. The grapes are vinified to preserve their delicate colour and aromatic character, resulting in a clean, elegant and food-friendly style.

Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Domaines Ott by.Ott Rosé is a versatile partner for Provençal dishes, grilled prawns, seafood salads, sushi, white fish and roast or grilled chicken. It also works beautifully with Mediterranean vegetables, fresh goat’s cheese and light summer appetisers. Decanting is not required; open shortly before serving and keep the bottle chilled.
