Tasting Notes
Bright, delicate salmon-pink in appearance, with the refined, almost silvery hue associated with Provence rosé. On the palate, it is dry, smooth and refreshing, balancing flavours of strawberry, peach and grapefruit with lively acidity and a clean, mineral-tinged finish. Production
