Production
The grapes come from the Rüdesheim Bischofsberg, a classic Rheingau site shaped by schist and quartzite soils and moderated by the nearby Rhine, which helps extend the ripening period while preserving freshness. The fruit was carefully harvested by hand, then spontaneously fermented and matured in stainless steel, with part of the wine raised in large oak casks to preserve purity, texture, and site character.

Food & Serving
A natural match for fish, shellfish, and light seasonal dishes, this Riesling also works beautifully with Asian cuisine and fresh goat cheese. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the wine open up further.
