Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this wine opens with a distinctly mineral profile of limestone, citrus peel, and a touch of peppermint. The palate is taut and grippy, with white peach, lemongrass, crushed shell, and a finely salted finish that gives the wine real length and energy. Its crystalline freshness and structural precision suggest excellent development potential over the next few years, while retaining its linear, terroir-expressive style.

Production
The wine comes from the Dienheim Kreuz site in Rheinhessen, where limestone soils lend a cool, stony, and highly defined character. The grapes are left on the skins overnight, then gently pressed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel, with a reductive, purist élevage designed to preserve clarity and the pure expression of the vineyard.

This Riesling is a natural match for fish, seafood, and poultry, and it also works beautifully with vegetarian dishes or Asian cuisine. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C; decanting is not necessary, though a little air can help the wine open up in the glass.
