Tasting Notes
Bright straw-gold in appearance, this Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, golden apple and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of baking spice. The palate is rounded and expressive, combining creamy texture with flavours of orchard fruit, lemon zest and gentle spice. Fresh acidity keeps the wine lively and well balanced, while a smooth, lingering finish adds depth. It is enjoyable now, but should develop additional softness and integration over the next few years when stored in suitable conditions.

Production
Made from Chardonnay grown in Napa Valley, the wine reflects the region’s warm, sunny climate while retaining freshness from cooler vineyard influences. The fruit is carefully harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified to preserve its varietal character, with oak fermentation and maturation contributing texture, complexity and subtle notes of toast and vanilla.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C. This versatile Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled salmon, lobster, creamy pasta dishes and risotto, while its freshness also complements soft and semi-firm cheeses. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine to breathe in the glass for a short time can reveal additional layers of aroma and flavour.
