Production
The Kiedricher Gräfenberg is a steep, highly regarded site in the Rheingau, known for its phyllite, loess loam, and cool microclimate, all of which contribute to the wine’s layered mineral profile and longevity. Fruit is harvested by hand in several selective passes to ensure optimal ripeness and low yields, then spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and matured in a combination of traditional Stückfass and stainless steel to preserve both structure and freshness.

Food & Serving
This Riesling is an excellent match for turbot, veal, and asparagus dishes, where its mineral spine and precise acidity complement delicate flavors beautifully. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses; serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if the wine is especially closed on opening.
