Production
The grapes come from the steep Rüdesheim Drachenstein site in the Rheingau, where slate and quartzite soils lend tension, structure, and mineral depth. Fruit was harvested by hand and gently pressed, with the base wines undergoing spontaneous fermentation before the secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. Extended lees aging and disgorgement without dosage create a dry, terroir-driven sparkling wine with striking precision.
