Les Narvaux lies above Meursault on lean, limestone-rich soils that naturally encourage freshness, minerality, and an elegant, restrained style. The vines, planted in 1989, are farmed under lutte raisonnée, and the grapes are harvested by hand before undergoing gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation in used 600-liter demi-muids. The wine is aged for 12 months on fine lees, then rested for an additional 4 to 6 months in stainless steel, with no bâtonnage to preserve clarity and mineral precision.

This wine is an excellent match for fish, shellfish, and scallops, as well as poultry, asparagus, and mushroom dishes. It also pairs beautifully with goat cheese. Serve at 10–12°C for the best expression; decanting is not essential, though a short aeration can help if opening the bottle young.
