Production
Clos de Magny lies below the village of Meursault on limestone clay and white marl soils, giving the wine its unmistakable mineral signature. The vines, planted between 1979 and 1983, are hand-harvested selectively, then gently pressed before spontaneous fermentation in used 600-liter demi-muids. The wine matures for 12 months on fine lees, followed by 4–6 months in stainless steel, with no batonnage, preserving purity, tension, and a strong sense of terroir.

This Meursault pairs beautifully with scallops, fish dishes, roast poultry, and mushroom risotto, as well as Comté or refined vegetarian cuisine. Serve at around 10–12°C; decanting is optional but can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
