The grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously selected before fermentation with native yeast in large oak casks, followed by extended lees ageing to build texture, harmony, and complexity.

This Riesling is an excellent match for fish, shellfish, poultry, and refined cuisine, where its freshness and mineral structure can complement delicate flavors. It also works very well with many Asian dishes, especially those with a touch of spice or umami. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help the wine open up in its youth.
