Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, this Cava opens with crisp aromas of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers, and a delicate layer of brioche and toasted almond. The nose is lifted and elegant, with a subtle saline edge that speaks to its coastal origin. On the palate, it is taut, precise, and beautifully structured, with lively acidity and a refined bead carrying flavours of lemon peel, orchard fruit, and subtle yeast complexity. The finish is long, clean, and lightly saline, with excellent aging potential for those who appreciate a more serious, mineral style of sparkling wine.

Production
Made from carefully selected fruit grown close to the Mediterranean on sauló-rich granite soils, the wine reflects the freshness and minerality that define Alta Alella’s vineyards. The estate farms organically and with a strong terroir focus, harvesting selectively to preserve natural acidity and aromatic detail. Vinification follows the traditional method, with the base wines gently made before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine then spends several years on the lees and is disgorged as Brut Nature, with no dosage added, allowing the vineyard character, structure, and precision to remain front and centre.

Food & Serving
Perfect with oysters, shellfish, sushi, sashimi, and delicate fish dishes, this is also an excellent choice as a sophisticated aperitif. Serve chilled at around 6–8°C to highlight its freshness and fine mousse; decanting is not recommended, as the wine is best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its delicate aromatic lift.
