Production
The 2020 Kellerkiste is assembled from outstanding parcels in some of Rheinhessen’s most celebrated vineyards, including Westhofener Kirchspiel, Westhofener Abtserde, Westhofener Morstein, Dalsheimer Hubacker, Flörsheimer Frauenberg, Niersteiner Hipping, and Piesporter Schubertslay. These sites are known for their distinctive limestone and mineral-rich soils, which give the wines their signature tension and sense of place. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with Keller’s uncompromising focus on purity, precision, and terroir expression.

Food & Serving
Best served lightly chilled, around 10–12°C, to allow the layers of aroma and structure to show fully. These Rieslings pair beautifully with refined dishes such as shellfish, roasted poultry, sushi, veal, rich freshwater fish, and fine Asian cuisine, while the more powerful wines in the set can also stand up to cream-based sauces or truffle dishes. Decanting is recommended for the more structured bottles, especially the GGs and G-Max, to help them open up.
