Production
This cuvée comes from Grand Cru sites in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where chalky soils lend the wine its signature purity and drive. The grapes are carefully selected, then vinified using traditional bottle fermentation, with part of the wine aged in wood to add texture, complexity, and depth before spending more than eight years on lees.

Food & Serving
Serve at 8-10°C to allow its aromatics and texture to fully open. It pairs beautifully with lobster, scallops, and poultry in delicate cream-based sauces, and it is equally compelling alongside aged Comté or truffle dishes.
