I started as an official fruit wine producer in Estonia at the same time as I began my sommelier school studies. After a couple of years, I started my own wine import company and finished school. Then I began participating in competitions and following the ASI system. Today, I am working at SADU restaurant, consulting and training other restaurants, and building my import company.
