Tasting Notes
In the glass, Null Ohm Weiß Bio 2023 shows a pale to medium straw color with youthful, greenish highlights that underline its freshness and energy. The nose is initially slightly reductive in a deliberate, modern way, revealing savoury, smoky and flinty nuances before opening up to notes of citrus zest, green apple, pear and a touch of white blossom, all wrapped in a cool, herbal spice. On the palate, the wine is taut and precise, with the Pinot Blanc component delivering structure and a gentle, rounded mid‑palate, while the Chardonnay contributes finesse and length. The grapes are organically farmed and harvested with careful selection to preserve purity and freshness.
