My interest in wine began when I started my apprenticeship at Henne Kirkeby Kro back in 2005. My career has taken me past Søllerød Kro, Formel B, Saison (under Erwin Lauterbach), and Kong Hans before I returned to Henne Kirkeby Kro again in 2016 as a waiter, and in 2022 took over as restaurant manager (part-time position) and sommelier.
