Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, crystalline profile with aromas of mirabelle, lemon, nectarine, and a delicate hint of green tea. The palate is taut and energetic, unfolding with peach, mandarin, and citrus flavors wrapped around racy acidity and a subtle saline minerality. This is a Riesling with immediate appeal, but also enough structure to evolve gracefully over the next 3-5 years. As it ages, expect the fruit to deepen and the mineral notes to become even more expressive.

Production
The grapes come from steep sites north of Langenlois in the heart of Kamptal, where the rocky soils and cool climate help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. Because of the incline, the fruit is carefully hand-harvested, then destemmed before pressing. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel, allowing the wine to remain pure, precise, and true to its origin.

Food & Serving
This Riesling pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, shellfish, Thai or Vietnamese dishes, and light poultry preparations with citrus or herbal accents. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
