Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it shows the cool-climate clarity expected from top Mosel Riesling. The nose is lifted and refined, with notes of green apple, citrus zest, white peach, wet slate, and a subtle floral edge. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and finely detailed, combining bright acidity with racy minerality and a gentle touch of fruit sweetness. The wine feels graceful rather than powerful, with a long, clean finish and impressive definition. While enjoyable young for its freshness and energy, it has the structure and balance to age beautifully for several years.

Production
Produced in the Saar region of the Mosel, the wine reflects steep slate-driven vineyards and a cool climate that encourages slow ripening and high aromatic precision. Harvesting is typically done by hand to preserve fruit quality, with careful selection in the vineyard and cellar. Vinification is guided by restraint, allowing the purity of Riesling and the character of the terroir to remain front and center.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs especially well with oysters, shellfish, sushi, lightly spiced Asian dishes, fresh goat cheese, and dishes with delicate sauces. Decanting is generally not necessary, though brief aeration can help if opened very young.
