Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of green grapes, white flowers, and crisp green apples. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with a juicy line of acidity supported by an underlying mineral texture that gives definition and balance to the fruit. The finish is clean and precise, with just enough roundness from the natural balance of fruit and residual sugar to keep the wine supple and harmonious. Best enjoyed young for its freshness and clarity, though it may develop extra complexity over the next few years.

Production
This wine is made from 100% Furmint sourced from four vineyards in Tokaj: Deák, Lapis, Veresek, and Gyertyános. The soils are generally sandy with loess on top of a hard granite-rich base, a combination that helps shape the wine’s tension, minerality, and bright fruit expression. The grapes were harvested fully ripe at the end of September, with no botrytis, to preserve the clean dry style. Vinification was kept simple and careful: fermentation and maturation took place in stainless steel tanks, allowing the grape’s natural personality to remain front and center. The wine has 11% alcohol, 8.1 g/l residual sugar, and 6.5 g/l acidity, which together create a balanced and refreshing profile.

Food & Serving
A natural match for fresh salads, light fish dishes, and mild seafood preparations, this wine also works well with vegetable-based starters and softly seasoned poultry. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its crisp acidity and aromatic freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
