Tasting Notes

Production
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is sourced from select Pinot Noir vineyards in some of Champagne’s finest crus, particularly in the Montagne de Reims, where chalky soils and cool climate help preserve acidity and finesse. Grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and careful selection. Unlike many rosé Champagnes made by blending white and red wines, Cuvée Rosé is produced using the saignée method, with a short maceration on the skins to extract color, aroma, and structure directly from the Pinot Noir. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several years on its lees in the cool Laurent-Perrier cellars, building texture, complexity, and the fine, persistent mousse that defines the house style.

Food & Serving
This rosé Champagne is exceptionally food-friendly, pairing beautifully with dishes such as tuna tartare, salmon sashimi, grilled prawns, duck breast, charcuterie, and light game birds. It is also a classic partner for berry-based desserts that are not overly sweet, like fresh strawberries or a tart made with red fruits. Serve well-chilled at around 8–10°C (46–50°F) for optimal freshness and aromatics.
