Production
I Magredi’s vineyards lie in the stony, well-drained plains north of Venice, stretching toward Trieste in the Friuli region—an area renowned for its cool breezes, marked day–night temperature swings and mineral-rich soils. These conditions help Pinot Grigio retain its natural freshness while developing ripe, expressive fruit. Grapes are typically harvested in the cool hours to preserve aromatic intensity, then gently pressed to avoid bitterness from the skins. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to lock in pure, crisp fruit character, and the wine is aged on fine lees for a short period to add texture and that characteristic sense of “good fatness” without sacrificing clarity.

This is a versatile white that shines both as an aperitif and at the table.
