Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Riesling typically shows a bright, pale straw color with a lively, luminous sheen. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and finely layered, balancing concentrated fruit with striking freshness and a firm mineral core. This is an excellent partner for oysters, shellfish, sushi, steamed fish, roast chicken, or delicate vegetable dishes such as asparagus and fennel. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not essential for younger bottles, but a short aeration can help open up the wine if served soon after opening.
