Weingut Rings Calcaire Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature 2020 is a focused, terroir-driven sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and crafted with a dry, uncompromising Brut Nature style. Tasting Notes
Pale in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, it shows a bright, polished character rather than overt richness. The nose is likely to lean toward crisp red berry notes, citrus peel, green apple, subtle brioche, and a chalky, mineral undertone. On the palate, it should feel taut and refreshing, with Pinot Noir lending subtle structure and delicate fruit while the zero-dosage style keeps the finish clean and very dry. This sparkling wine is excellent with oysters, sashimi, tempura, fried seafood, roast chicken, charcuterie, and creamy soft cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and there is usually no need to decant—just open shortly before serving to preserve the finesse and mousse.
