Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Grüner Veltliner presents a bright, lively character with crisp fruit and a clean, youthful appearance. The nose opens with fresh orchard fruit, green herbs, and a subtle peppery lift, while the palate brings together juicy fruit, vibrant acidity, and the distinctive white-pepper note that gives the wine depth and energy. The finish is taut and refreshing, with a mineral edge and a pleasing savory tone that makes it especially food-friendly. While already highly enjoyable in its youth, it should hold well for a few years if stored properly, gaining a touch more roundness and complexity over time.

Production
The grapes come from Ried Hausberg in the Kremstal, a region known for producing expressive and finely structured Grüner Veltliner. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, then matured on the lees for four months, adding texture, subtle depth, and a smoother overall mouthfeel.

Food & Serving
This is a natural partner for dishes with herbs, greens, and clean savory flavors, such as chicken breast with kale salad or oven-baked fish with plenty of herbs. Serve it at around 12°C to let its freshness and aromatic detail shine. Decanting is not necessary.
