Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this wine is defined by its bright, expressive fruit and unmistakable Mosel minerality. Expect aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus blossom, and a subtle slatey edge, followed by a palate that is sweet yet wonderfully nimble, with lively acidity keeping everything poised and energetic. Despite the generous residual sugar, the wine never feels heavy; instead, it glides across the tongue with a delicate, almost dancing texture. Production
The Kinheimer Rosenberg lies between Piesport and Minheim, where the Mosel bends south and the vineyard’s southwest exposure maximizes sunlight and reflected warmth from the river. The gray slate soils provide excellent drainage and lend the wine its signature mineral character. Markus Molitor is known for capturing the site’s finesse through careful harvesting and precise vinification that preserves freshness, aromatic purity, and the elegant sweetness typical of Kabinett Riesling.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 8°C, to keep the wine vibrant and focused. Decanting is generally not necessary.
