Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous yellow hue. The nose is immediately inviting, with aromas of nectarine, pineapple, flint, and fresh mint leaves, layered over a subtle mineral core. On the palate, it is light and playful in texture, yet impressively complex, with the sweetness only gently touching the upper lip rather than dominating the wine.
