Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Riesling shows a bright, pale lemon color with a fresh, youthful shimmer. The nose is intensely varietal and inviting, with notes of Lucas pear, lime juice, honeydew melon, and yellow rose petals. The palate is crisp, airy, and remarkably easy to enjoy, with juicy orchard fruit, green and yellow stone fruit, freshly squeezed lime, underripe pineapple, wet stone, and subtle Asian herbs. A gentle touch of sweetness is perfectly framed by mouthwatering acidity, giving the wine excellent balance and tension. While delicious young for its energy and charm, it should also hold nicely over the short to medium term.

Production
The fruit comes from Rosenheck, a vineyard site situated at 160–200 meters above sea level with south-eastern exposure and clay-rich soils that help shape the wine’s texture and freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully transported to the winery in small boxes, preserving fruit integrity. Whole clusters are gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, and the wine spends a short period on the lees, a hallmark of the estate’s style.

Food & Serving
This is a highly versatile white wine that works beautifully as an aperitif, but it truly shines with lightly spiced Thai dishes, where its freshness and subtle sweetness complement heat and aromatic herbs. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant—simply open and enjoy while the wine is young and vibrant.
