Production
The grapes come from sites in and around Weinheim, where the vines are rooted in red sandstone and melaphyre, a volcanic rock that contributes both tension and mineral depth to the wine. The wine is crafted in a traditional Kabinett style, emphasizing finesse, fruit purity, and balance rather than weight or power.
