Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a luminous, clean appearance. The nose is bright and expressive, showing citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle mineral edge that reflects its Sancerre origin. On the palate, it is crisp and focused, with lively acidity, notes of lemon zest, gooseberry, pear, and a delicate saline streak. The finish is long, refreshing, and distinctly mineral. While already beautifully approachable, it should also develop additional complexity over the next few years.

Produced in Sancerre, in the Loire Valley, where Vincent Pinard works with vineyards rooted in the region’s classic mix of limestone, clay, and chalky soils. These terroirs help give the wine its precision and tension, while careful harvesting ensures the grapes arrive in optimal condition. Vinification is carried out to preserve freshness, aromatics, and the clean varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc.

Food & Serving
Ideal with goat cheese, shellfish, oysters, grilled white fish, asparagus, and light vegetable-based dishes. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed unless you want to let it open slightly in the glass.
