The grapes are carefully harvested parcel by parcel, then vinified with an emphasis on preserving purity, freshness, and site expression before maturation in oak barrels.

This wine pairs beautifully with dishes such as roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, truffle risotto, and game birds. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if opened young to allow the bouquet and tannins to open fully.
