On the palate it is soft, fresh, and lightly sweet, balanced by vibrant acidity and gentle effervescence that keeps it lively rather than heavy. Expect juicy stone fruit, ripe pear, and floral notes that linger on a clean finish. Best enjoyed young for maximum aromatic intensity, though it is meant to be appreciated in its youthful, vibrant stage.

Production
Sourced from Piedmont’s hillside vineyards, where cool nights and well-exposed slopes help preserve the natural fragrance and freshness of Moscato Bianco, this wine reflects the character of the region’s classic sweet-wine terroir. Harvest is typically carried out by hand to protect the delicate fruit and ensure only ripe, healthy grapes are selected. Vinification is designed to preserve the grape’s natural perfume and sweetness, with controlled fermentation stopped early to maintain low alcohol and a gentle sparkle. The result is a fresh, aromatic dessert wine that showcases both varietal purity and the finesse associated with Vietti.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, alongside fruit tarts, panettone, shortbread, peach desserts, or simply fresh berries. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheese or mildly spicy Asian dishes, where its sweetness and acidity create a balanced contrast. Decanting is not necessary.
