Tasting Notes

Production
Greco di Tufo comes from the Avellino province in Campania, southeast of Naples, an area strongly shaped by volcanic influence. The vineyards benefit from mineral-rich volcanic soils, which help give the wine its freshness and distinctive character. Vesevo combines traditional local values with modern technology in the cellar to preserve the grape’s natural expression and aromatic precision.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, and white meats, and it also works very well as an aperitif. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not necessary.
