Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with a bright, polished edge. The nose is fresh and fruit-driven, with aromas of ripe red cherries, plum, and wild berries, supported by subtle floral notes and a clean mineral lift. On the palate, the wine is silky and refined, with soft tannins and a smooth, balanced mouthfeel. The absence of oak keeps the profile focused on purity and freshness, while the long cement aging adds depth and finesse. It should drink well now and can continue to develop gracefully over the next few years.
