Tua Rita Per Sempre Syrah is a refined Tuscan red that brings together power, elegance, and a distinctly mineral Syrah character. Produced by the highly regarded family estate Tua Rita, it reflects decades of craftsmanship and the unique personality of the Suvereto hills in coastal Tuscany.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Syrah shows the depth and concentration you would expect from a serious Tuscan red. Expect a dark, inviting color, with an expressive nose of spice, mineral notes, and ripe dark fruit framed by subtle oak from its extended élevage in French barrels. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with a refined texture, spicy complexity, and a savory, mineral-driven edge that keeps the wine fresh and focused. Its structure and depth suggest excellent aging potential, allowing the wine to gain even more nuance and harmony over time.

Production
Per Sempre is made from 100% Syrah sourced from Tua Rita’s vineyards in Notri, Suvereto, at around 100 meters above sea level. The soils are medium-textured clay, rich in microelements, helping shape the wine’s mineral tension and distinctive aromatic profile. After harvest, the wine is aged for 20–22 months in new French oak barrels, adding polish, spice, and structure to the final blend.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled lamb, roast game, slow-braised beef, or aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours to allow the wine’s aromas and structure to fully open.
