Tasting Notes
In the glass, this sparkling wine is typically pale straw yellow with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering notes of green apple, citrus peel, white flowers, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with citrus, ripe orchard fruit, and a clean mineral edge balanced by refreshing acidity. The brut finish is dry and elegant, making it an easy wine to enjoy on its own or with food. Best enjoyed young for maximum freshness, though it can hold nicely over the short term.

Production
Sourced from vineyards in Abruzzo, where the combination of hillside sites, sea-influenced breezes, and well-drained soils helps preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. Grapes are harvested with care at optimal ripeness, then vinified using the traditional sparkling-wine method appropriate to the house style, with the aim of preserving freshness, purity, and the natural character of Pecorino.

Food & Serving
A great match for oysters, fried seafood, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy while the wine is fresh and lively.
