Production
Villa Margon is produced in Trentino, where the cool Alpine influences and varied terroirs help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The wine is partially fermented and aged in stainless steel and partially in barrels of different sizes for 10–12 months, before spending at least 8–10 months in bottle to gain further harmony and depth.

This is a versatile white wine for refined dishes such as roasted poultry, veal, creamy risottos, grilled fish, and richer shellfish preparations. Serve it cool, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you want to open it up a little more in its youth.
