Production
La Monaca comes from the DOC Monreale terroir, specifically the Jato Valley, an area well suited to Syrah thanks to its climate and growing conditions. The wine is made from selected Syrah biotypes that have shown a remarkable ability to thrive on the Sallier de La Tour estate, giving the wine a strong sense of place and varietal identity.
