Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with inviting aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and candied fruit, layered with subtle notes of brioche and honey. On the palate, it is round and creamy, with a gentle sweetness that is lifted by fresh acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. Its supple texture and balanced structure give it immediate charm, though it is best enjoyed for its youthful freshness and aromatic richness rather than long cellaring.

Production
Nocturne City Lights is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from selected vineyards across Champagne, with fruit drawn from multiple vintages to achieve a consistent house style. The Sec dosage, around 17.5 g/L, gives the wine its softer profile while preserving the bright, crisp backbone typical of Champagne. Traditional vinification and extended blending work together to deliver balance, texture, and refinement.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is especially well suited to aperitif service and pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, cream desserts, and lightly sweet pastries. It can also complement soft cheeses or dishes with a touch of spice. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and there is no need for decanting.
