Sylvain Pataille’s Marsannay Rosé Fleur de Pinot is a beautifully crafted expression of Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s most exciting rosé appellations. Made in Marsannay, just a few kilometres from Dijon, it combines finesse, freshness and regional character in a style that has helped bring serious attention to Burgundian rosé.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate cherry-pink colour that immediately signals freshness and elegance. The nose is complex and inviting, with red berry aromas layered with subtle herbal notes that add lift and interest. On the palate, this is a refined and graceful rosé, with a fresh, lively feel and a smooth, balanced profile. The red-fruit character carries through with clean precision, making it an easy wine to enjoy on its own or with food. Best appreciated young for its vibrancy and brightness.

Produced in Marsannay AOC in Burgundy from 100% Pinot Noir, this rosé reflects the cool-climate character and limestone-influenced soils of the region. Sylvain Pataille is known for working with care and precision in his Marsannay estate, and this cuvée is made to preserve freshness, aromatic purity and the natural elegance of the grape.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for aperitifs, charcuterie, light salads, seafood and simple seasonal dishes. Serve chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
