Tasting Notes
In the glass, this is a dark, inviting red with a youthful intensity. The nose opens with generous aromas of black and red berries, lifted by notes of fresh herbs and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is supple yet energetic, showing a graceful balance of fruit, structure, and brightness, with Carignan and Syrah contributing length and finesse, while Grenache softens the finish. Despite its southern origins, the wine carries a remarkable sense of lightness and detail. It is made to be enjoyed for its vibrant fruit and harmony, but it should also develop nicely over the next few years as the components knit together even more seamlessly.

Production
Panorama Rouge comes from four distinct vineyard parcels in Luberon, each contributing a different facet to the final blend. Carignan from Rourabeau and Syrah from Capriers bring elegance, line, and persistence, while fruit from the sandy soils of Malacare adds power and concentration. Old-vine Grenache from Saint Jean rounds out the wine with softness and generosity. The final blend is assembled with great care to achieve balance, complexity, and a distinctly terroir-driven character.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 16°C, ideally with roasted lamb or pork. Its freshness and supple structure also make it a natural match for grilled sausages, Mediterranean vegetable dishes, or herb-forward cuisine. Decanting is not essential, but a short airing in the glass can help the aromatics open up.
