Production
The grapes for Villa Fidelia Bianco are sourced from hillside vineyards around Spello and Assisi in the heart of Umbria, where calcareous and clay-rich soils, cool night-time temperatures and good exposure ensure slow, even ripening and aromatic concentration. The Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Grechetto are harvested by hand and vinified separately to preserve the character of each variety. After gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is partly aged in French barriques and partly in stainless steel for 6–8 months. This approach adds texture, depth and subtle oak complexity, while stainless steel preserves freshness, purity of fruit and the wine’s distinctive mineral edge, before final blending and bottling.
