It then spends 4–6 months on the lees with frequent stirring, adding subtle texture and complexity while maintaining its clean, crisp profile.

This wine is an excellent match for cold starters with a citrus-based dressing, soups, creamy soups, vegetable pasta dishes, and sautéed or pan-fried fish. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and mineral character. Decanting is not necessary.
