Tasting Notes
In the glass, it should now show a garnet to brick-tinged ruby hue, with the color gently softened by age. On the palate, the wine is likely to be refined and harmonious, with mellow tannins, integrated oak, and a supple, silky texture. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting briefly if the bottle is showing any sediment; otherwise, a gentle pour into large glasses will allow the wine to open naturally.
