Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a very light, transparent ruby-red color that immediately signals its delicate style. The nose is distinctly fruity and floral, with ripe raspberries, blueberries, and wild strawberries joined by violet and cyclamen, then unfolding into hints of aromatic herbs and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it is enveloping and soft, with a gentle warmth and a consistent frame of sweet tannins. The finish is broad and persistent, marked by pleasing berry jam, blackcurrant, vanilla, and a touch of sweet tobacco. Enjoyable now for its freshness and charm, it should also hold well over the short to medium term.

Production
This Pinot Noir is grown in Veneto and harvested at the end of August or beginning of September to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and then aged for 3 months in bottle, allowing it to knit together while retaining its lively fruit expression and delicate floral profile.

Food & Serving
A versatile partner at the table, this wine pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck, mushroom dishes, veal, and simple preparations of pork. It also works well with aged soft cheeses and rich pasta dishes. Serve at around 14-16°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help if the bottle has just been opened.
