Sourced from select rows in To Kalon Vineyard, one of the most revered Cabernet Sauvignon sites in the United States, this cuvée reflects the exceptional terroir of Napa Valley through a heritage clone planted by Robert Mondavi. The wine was matured for 18 months in new French oak barrels, adding polish, structure, and subtle toast to its naturally expressive fruit.

Food & Serving
Best served with premium cuts of beef, lamb, venison, or slow-braised dishes, as well as aged hard cheeses and truffle-driven cuisine. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromas and structure to fully open.
