Sassicaia is produced at Tenuta San Guido, where the vineyards benefit from a coastal Tuscan terroir that helps preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Vinification is carried out with an emphasis on purity and structure, followed by élevage in oak to refine the tannins and enhance complexity.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for premium beef, lamb, game, truffle dishes, and richly flavored Tuscan cuisine such as ribeye, bistecca alla Fiorentina, or wild boar ragù. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least an hour if the wine is young, especially if you want to soften the tannins and allow the aromatics to open fully.
