Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, vivid red color. The nose is refined and layered, with aromas of blackberry and cherry lifted by notes of damp earth, violet, myrtle, and leather. On the palate, it is powerful and focused, with firm tannins and a subtle, fresh finish that keeps the wine balanced and energetic. Production
Produced from 100% Sangiovese grown in San Felice’s vineyards in Montalcino, this wine reflects the character of Tuscany’s elevated terroir, with vineyards situated at around 400 meters above sea level. The 2021 vintage was aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak casks, followed by 12 months in bottle before release, a traditional élevage that supports both finesse and longevity.

Food & Serving
This Brunello is an excellent match for roasted lamb, beef, game, mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours to allow the aromas to open and the tannins to soften.
