Production
Sourced from vineyards in the Aosta Valley at an altitude of around 900 metres, the wine benefits from a cool alpine terroir with strong diurnal shifts, excellent drainage, and intense mountain sunlight. The grapes are typically harvested by hand to preserve fruit integrity, and vinification is handled with a light touch to protect the grape’s natural aromatics and precision.

This wine pairs beautifully with alpine cheeses, freshwater fish, shellfish, risotto, vegetable dishes, and light poultry preparations. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary; a short rest in the glass is enough to open up its aromatic profile.
